The size of brain could be one of the clue to the start of Alzheimer

A US study that was published in the journal Neurology had stated that the size of your brain could determine the start of Alzheimer. The research discovered that people who have the smallest cortex measurements ( small sized brain ) went to develop Alzheimer's disease within seven to 10 years.

Surprisingly, the person who has the largest cortex measurement ( largest brain ) never developed the disease. The researchers are now trying to narrow down their research so that they can determine the factor more accurately.

Wow! Are small brain sized people are doomed with Alzheimer when they are old? I don't think so. Alzheimer can be prevented. Some of the ways to prevent Alzheimer are training your brain, eat good food and consult your neurologist. So, keep your brain active every day and your risk to get Alzheimer should be low.
